These Terms of Use (together with our Privacy Policy) form a legally binding agreement between you and Kathleen Edwards governing your access to and use of the SteadyRoot website and all digital products, guides, movement sequences, habit trackers, videos and other materials (collectively the “Services”).
By accessing or using the website in any way, or by purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or make any purchase.
All content is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes to support everyday well-being through gentle movement and mindful daily habits. Nothing on the website or in the digital products is intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Always move mindfully and stay within a comfortable range. Stop immediately if you experience any discomfort beyond a mild stretch. 1. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All content, including text, sequences, photos, videos, PDFs and trackers, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kathleen Edwards and protected by copyright. Purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use only. Copying, sharing, modifying, distributing, reselling or creating derivatives is prohibited without written permission.
2. Ordering, Payment & Delivery
Orders are submitted via the website form. Confirmation is sent within 1–4 working hours (Brussels time). Payment is processed securely in USD. Digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours after payment verification. You receive lifetime personal access to download and keep files (subject to usage restrictions).
3. Refund Policy
Full refund is available if requested before files are delivered and within 14 calendar days of purchase. After delivery refunds are not available except in cases of technical non-delivery due to our error. Approved refunds are returned to the original method within 5–10 working days.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sebastiaan Vos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or materials.
